Therapy for Depression
When we are depressed, we usually find it hard to get motivated to do things we used to do. This can be routine activities such as cleaning the house or cooking, or hobbies such as seeing friends or even just leaving the house. This lack of motivation or interest in doing things can lead to isolation, and whilst we don’t know it at the time, usually makes the depression worse. When you have therapy for depression, I will work with you, to help you recognise what the triggers to your depression are, and how you can overcome these.
